Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Aldena Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading decorative lighting brand in the North of England region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in field sales, preferably within the decorative lighting market, and experience working with independent retailers, interior designers, and architects.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Maintain and develop business relationships with existing customers
  • Grow sales revenue through new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets
