Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our Luton Bennett team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning maintenance contracts for our clients. If you have administration experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and reschedule maintenance schedules to meet client needs
* Monitor and report on breakdowns and remedial visits
* Collaborate with regional technical management to improve engineer performance
* Prepare service engineer job packages and log reports into our planning system

Requirements:
* Administration experience or scheduling/coordination experience
* Strong attention to detail and excellent telephone skills
* Proficient in IT systems
* Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on relationship-building

Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £24,000 + benefits including pension, holiday pay, and life assurance. A hybrid working arrangement includes one day per week working from home and four days in the office. A flexible start time allows for a comfortable morning routine before starting your shift at 9.00am.
