Key Responsibilities:- Pre-treat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Sanding and correcting parts as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in powder coating, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of powder coating processes and techniques.
- Experience with inventory management and tracking.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads, as required.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
- Opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing company.
- Free on-site parking and convenient access to public transportation.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
