Multi Trades Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and motivated
** Powder Coater** to join our team in Accrington. Initially the role will be temporary with a long term view on taking somebody onboard permanently.

**Position Overview**:
As an Ad Hoc Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and durability of alloy wheels for our valued clients. Your expertise in powder coating techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the impeccable finishes that our customers have come to expect. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time or occasional work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alloy wheels for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment, monitoring temperature, pressure, and other variables to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect finished work for defects and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in powder coating techniques, preferably in an automotive or alloy refurbishment setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, even within a flexible schedule.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in powder coating processes.
