Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Process Optimisation Specialist to play a key role in refining business processes and providing commercial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify performance areas and suggest improvements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain process documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Analyse data to identify performance areas and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits.
  • Work on task scoping and project tracking related to software, industry, and internal changes.
  • Assist with compliance and audits through accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Process Analyst with skills in business analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong people skills to work across diverse teams and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and more.
