At Jacobs, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference in the world. As a Principal C&I Engineer, you'll play a key role in our Nuclear Power and Engineering Technical Services (NPETS) business.

Our NPETS team is driving innovation in multiple sectors, and we're seeking a motivated and experienced engineer to join our team. As a Principal C&I Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading project delivery teams across the project lifecycle from bid generation to installation and commissioning.

You'll have the opportunity to work on systems integration, testing and validation of PLC, SCADA and simulator systems, and to build and manage client relationships. You'll also be responsible for producing high-quality technical reports and for simplifying complex problems.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree in C&I or a relevant discipline, and Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional body. You'll also need previous team leadership, line management, technical lead or Responsible Engineer experience, and a strong understanding of civil nuclear plant systems and associated design and assessment guidelines.
