Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and assisting in their medical needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans
- Complete physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission
- Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Stay updated on current medical practices
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
