We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality Management to lead our quality team and drive continuous improvement in our precision engineering company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Lead the quality team to achieve excellence in quality management, including process improvement and innovation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
* Provide leadership and guidance to quality managers and team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or business administration
* Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
