Join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland as an HR/Recruitment Administrator and contribute to the success of our clients in the public sector.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support key functions within our HR department. As an HR/Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative duties, including database maintenance, recruitment support, and coordination of recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support to multiple units across the HR, Recruitment, and Training function.
- Support Recruitment & Selection process, providing administrative support across the hiring and on-boarding process.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, advertising posts, and screening applicants.
- Support finance and payroll teams, ensuring administrative activities are completed in line with weekly timelines.
- Previous experience in a busy HR/Recruitment team.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Accurate, high-speed data entry skills and good typing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Annual salary equivalent €38-42k, depending on experience.
- Agency contract with weekly payroll.
