Job Title: HR/Recruitment Administrator

Join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland as an HR/Recruitment Administrator and contribute to the success of our clients in the public sector.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support key functions within our HR department. As an HR/Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative duties, including database maintenance, recruitment support, and coordination of recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to multiple units across the HR, Recruitment, and Training function.
  • Support Recruitment & Selection process, providing administrative support across the hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, advertising posts, and screening applicants.
  • Support finance and payroll teams, ensuring administrative activities are completed in line with weekly timelines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy HR/Recruitment team.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Accurate, high-speed data entry skills and good typing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
