An exceptional chance has arisen for a seasoned VAT Associate Director to spearhead business growth in a thriving Top-20 Accountancy Firm.
About Our ClientOur esteemed client is a leading Top-20 Accountancy Practice with a strong presence across the UK & Ireland. With the resources of a large organisation and the personal approach typical of a local accountancy firm, they offer the best of both worlds to their clients & employees.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue and profit growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and meet billing targets.
- Manage client relationships up to £600k of revenue to ensure optimal value, advice, and quality.
- Ensure client work complies with all legal and ethical standards and statutory regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team to motivate and inspire them to higher performance.
- Set performance measures, review performance, and take effective action to improve when off track.
- Develop workforce planning and workload management processes to ensure correct staffing levels.
- Develop people, processes, systems, and practices to raise productivity and output quality.
- Be a strong role model for the organisation's values and standards to develop a high-performance culture.
- Prior VAT Housing Association and/or public sector focus is beneficial but not essential.
