About the Role
As a VAT Associate Director, you will contribute to strategic and business planning to drive revenue and profits. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team who deliver a great service to clients and meet their billing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and meet billing targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients up to £600k of revenue to ensure the best possible value, advice, and quality and compliance.
- Ensure client work complies with all legal and ethical standards and statutory regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team to motivate and inspire people to higher performance.
- Set performance measures, review performance, and take effective action to improve when off track.
- Develop workforce planning and workload management processes to ensure the correct staffing levels to process workload.
- Develop people, processes, systems, and practices to raise productivity and output quality.
- Be a strong role model for the organisation's values and standards to develop a high-performance culture.
