Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of tile adhesives, grouts, and floor screeds to a national audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Promote our products to a range of customers, including sheds, distributors, main contractors, housebuilders, and buying groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a national sales role, preferably in the tile adhesive industry
  • Strong understanding of the tile adhesive market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
