Nations and Regions Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Nations and Regions Marketing Manager to join our team at the British Business Bank. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering integrated marketing, communications, and events strategies to support the growth and prosperity of smaller businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead marketing efforts throughout all regions and nations of the UK, developing and delivering campaigns to educate and enable intermediaries to better support smaller businesses on their finance journey.
- Work closely with the UK Network to develop and deliver marketing strategies that aim to improve access to finance for smaller businesses.
- Support the Senior Managers on the delivery of marketing, communications, and events plans for the Nations and Regions Investment Funds.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including intermediaries, smaller businesses, and delivery partners.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring effective communication throughout the team.
- Significant marketing, communications, and events management experience, ideally within a financial services background.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex scheme details and impart this information to intermediaries in plain English.
- Preferred knowledge of the regional policy and investment landscape, as well as strong writing skills for digital, print, and social media.
- A competitive salary range of £37,275 - £44,888, depending on experience.
