Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Loadall telehandlers to load lorries with treated waste, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Stock out waste into windrows and maintain windrows or store in barns, ensuring optimal storage conditions.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards of work areas and plant, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks on mobile plant, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Wash down mobile plant, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
  • Hold a valid NPORS licence for Loadall telehandlers.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal presentation and hygiene, reflecting positively on Hargreaves Industrial Services.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work, adapting to changing operational needs and priorities.
  • Display good timekeeping and be willing to work overtime as necessary, supporting the team in meeting client demands.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients at all levels, fostering strong relationships and a positive working environment.
  • Align with the Hargreaves Industrial Services culture, values, and policies.
