Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled P6 Planning Professional to join our team at BAE Systems. As a P6 Planning Professional, you will be responsible for supporting Managers and Planning Leads in applying sound planning principles across all our submarine programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform advanced project reporting and scheduling using P6 planning software
- Engage in advanced problem-solving and provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
- Support the programmes planning team with the application and use of P6 planning software
- Produce schedule health metrics on a monthly basis
- Lead the PM&C processes on a small project or a work package of a larger project
- Consolidate expertise from multiple sources to provide advice to further organisational objectives
- Support and advocate the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the planning community
- Experience in Primavera P6
- Experience in planning within major projects
- Ability to analyse data and present findings
- Strong stakeholder management
- P6 Practitioner qualification would be advantageous
