About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Viewing Guide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience when viewing properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany prospective tenants to view properties, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Gather feedback and pass relevant information back to branch colleagues
  • Host Open Houses on behalf of our landlords, showcasing properties in a professional and engaging manner
  • Assist in the office with general administration and organisational tasks, requiring good communication and computer skills

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and flexibility to cover weekdays on an as-and-when basis, especially during busy periods
  • A full driving license and own vehicle, with confidence in following a busy diary of appointments
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Responsibility, reliability, and a smart appearance

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50, plus occasional commission
