This challenging role requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of fire safety regulations, including Approved Document B and relevant fire safety standards. You will be responsible for conducting complex fire risk assessments, developing fire strategies, and reviewing building safety management systems.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. We offer a competitive salary of £60k - £65k per annum, plus benefits such as ongoing training and development, private healthcare, and a 5% matched pension.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience in fire risk assessments, ideally to Tier 3 and 4.

- Knowledge of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
