About the Role:



  • As a DC Governance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering and promoting our services to mid-size to large clients.
  • You will provide support to lead consultants on our largest and more complex clients, reviewing work produced by analysts and junior consultants using Mercer software/tools.
  • Manage budgets and commercial relationships with clients, providing support and advice to internal Mercer teams regarding defined contribution issues.
  • Have responsibility for proactive revenue generation of existing clients and aim to extend the range of services provided by other lines of business as appropriate.
  • Assist trustees and sponsors to run their DC pension arrangements, expanding understanding of client needs and assisting more senior colleagues in formulating plans to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with clients.
