We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As an Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end process, including preparing monthly management accounts and conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and manage the transactional finance team.
  • Support the annual audit and stock count, monthly payroll, quarterly VAT returns, and ONS reporting.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience in a financial role.
  • Experience working with stock and excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
