Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our client's products across various sales territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure pre-shipment quality and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Own quality-related issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to customer service and warranty teams as needed.
- Work closely with product and design teams to ensure new products meet quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in quality management are desirable but not essential.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with relevant achievements and experience working in a manufacturing business.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use metrics to understand performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
