As a key member of our development and delivery team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our new homes development programme for the North-West region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes on time and to budget, ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
- Manage and deliver projects, including managing project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers.
- Use your excellent interpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers, contractor partners, and internal teams.
- Support the development and delivery of our new homes development programme, working closely with our development and delivery colleagues across a number of sites.
- A great knowledge of residential led development, project management, and the planning system, delivering against design standards.
- Previous experience in the delivery of new homes on site, with a passion and willingness to learn all aspects of land/development and professional project management.
- Good organisational and excellent written skills, being able to write clear and concise reports.
- An eye for detail, be a self-starter, and have a win-win mentality to deliver a brilliant service.
