iStep Learning Nursery Deputy Manager Job

We are seeking a qualified professional Deputy Manager to join our team at iStep Learning Nursery in Burgess Hill. In the Manager's absence, the Deputy will be responsible for the management of the nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of OFSTED guidelines to ensure a high standard of care for every child. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build their career within the Early Years Sector.

You will be supporting all age groups (between 3 months to 5 years) with exciting learning opportunities, individually tailored around each child's development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the nursery in the absence of the Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED guidelines.
  • Support the development of children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
