About the Store Manager Role
We're seeking a Store Manager to lead our Bristol store team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining outstanding store standards.
As a Store Manager at B&M Retail, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, from stock management to staff recruitment. You'll have the freedom to think commercially, using your knowledge to maximise sales potential.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to lead by example, setting the pace and showcasing excellent customer service and commerciality. You'll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best and developing their skills to reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Be an engaging leader, with a passion for retail and a drive to succeed.
- Embrace pace and high volumes of stock/product, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve excellence, driving sales growth and maintaining outstanding store standards.
- Develop a winning team, working with them to identify and nurture talent and train them to achieve success.
- Welcome challenges, being hands-on and resilient, with flexibility and reactivity to change.
- Love retail, demonstrating a true passion for the industry and bringing your commercial knowledge to the team and store.
- Drive compliance, constantly ensuring that all aspects of the store meet the required standards.
