- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, implementing visual merchandising displays, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store initiatives, such as promotions, events, and visual merchandising displays.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Highly organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
