Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and team motivation.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support the development of Sales Assistants.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Highly organized and efficient, with a customer-focused attitude.
