Industrial Door Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment, including industrial doors, roller shutters, speed doors, gates, barriers, and automatic doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment.
  2. Install and commission new equipment, including automatic doors and gates.
  3. Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant industry qualifications, such as DHF, EN 16005, NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF.
  2. Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment.
  3. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  4. Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
