Purchasing and Compliance Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our professional staff and managers by handling a range of general administrative activities, including purchasing, reporting, and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly financial reconciliation reports and records to ensure timely and accurate financial credit accounts.
  • Accurately record and report on product purchasing requests to support participants on our program.
  • Support Managers at monthly and quarterly performance management meetings, including minute-taking and meeting preparation.
  • Produce accurate and detailed performance reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Provide reception cover and front desk office support as needed.
  • Support the collation of performance data against key performance indicators, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support professional staff in tracking and monitoring audit compliance documentation and provide a weekly progress report.
  • Conduct regular compliance and evidence checks on subcontractors in accordance with our risk-rating processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly using Microsoft software applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities for on-time delivery of high-quality work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
