Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton
Hours: Full-time 45 Hours per week

The Opportunity
A chance to lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized in new and existing markets. You will manage relationships with brand partners and customers, work with the marketing manager to market products, and assess sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth knowledge of sales in the LCV market
- Proven experience in building and leading a successful team
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals
- Innovative mindset with the ability to devise and implement improvement initiatives
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage relationships with brand partners and customers
- Work with the marketing manager to ensure products are marketed effectively
- Strategically assess sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined
- Ensure adequate supply of new and used retail stock to achieve monthly sales objectives
