About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented relationship fundraiser to join our team at Harris Hill Executive Search. As a key member of our Income Generation team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with local corporates, donors, and supporters to drive the financial sustainability of the Hospice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with local corporates, donors, and supporters to drive income generation for the Hospice.
  • Assist the Income Generation Manager with the development of a pipeline of new individuals and local businesses/corporates that have the propensity to generate income for the Hospice.
  • Support the Income Generation Manager with networking, relationship building, and stewardship of supporters.
  • Assist with community supporter-led fundraising initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and manage relationships with local corporates, donors, and supporters.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supporters, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve income generation targets.
