About the Role

As a Client Engagement Manager at Legal & General, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and sales support to our clients. You will act as a mentor to the wider team, covering DB Clients working with LDI, and develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients on behalf of Client Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support, demonstrating an understanding of a client's decision-making process and long-term objectives.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge in areas such as LGIM products, brand, services, and competitors in the market.
  • Have a strong academic background, preferably with a degree qualification.
  • Experience within the investment management industry, including providing an exceptional level of client service and sales support.
  • Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels.
  • Strong workflow management experience.
  • Working within the pensions (or insurance) industry and detailed Institutional Investment product knowledge, LDI, Cashflow matching, Credit, Real Assets, and Index funds knowledge.
