About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to our strict code of conduct
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A driving license and access to a vehicle (dependent on location)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of empathy and understanding towards vulnerable adults
• Basic first aid training (or willingness to complete)

Working Hours:
This full-time position includes alternate weekends, with shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 16:00-22:30. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
