With an estimated salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at St Mary's Hospital.

This full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months offers a unique blend of patient care and scientific research. As a Clinical Scientist, you will be responsible for performing urodynamics and anorectal physiology testing within current guidelines, adhering to best practice and providing expertise to ensure the appropriate examination of patients.

You will sit within the urogynaecology team, working closely with consultants, CNS teams, existing clinical scientists, and operational colleagues. The ideal candidate should possess an MSc in Clinical Science (GI Physiology & Urodynamics Science) and extensive experience in Masters level training, with specialist skills gained in GI Physiology and Urodynamics evidenced in professional paper-based or e-portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform urodynamics and anorectal physiology testing efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expertise to ensure appropriate examination of patients
  • Work closely with the urogynaecology team, consultants, and CNS teams
