Axcis Education Recruitment is a leading provider of special needs staffing solutions in the UK. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant (Resourcer) in our Liverpool office.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting teaching assistants, support workers, and teachers to work in schools, education provisions, and residential settings.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy meeting people and speaking on the phone, and be able to build relationships and rapport with others easily. Experience in the education sector or customer service/administration roles is desirable, but full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Writing job adverts and promoting them through various channels
  • Building relationships with universities, colleges, and job centres
  • Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and assisting with vetting and compliance processes
  • Liaising with Education Consultants to place candidates in work
