Company Overview: Our client is a well-established and reputable business in the financial services sector, seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Financial Planner to take over and develop an existing book of high net worth clients with approximately £60M assets under management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating ongoing and new business, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing expert financial planning advice and guidance.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the existing client bank and network to drive growth.
- Financial Planning: Create and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring their financial goals and objectives are met.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the existing client book, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: A basic salary from £60,000 up to £85,000, plus a competitive and uncapped bonus structure, leading to a lucrative On-Target Earnings (OTE).

Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Financial Planner role, with a proven track record of success in generating ongoing and new business.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly build strong relationships with high net worth clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
