As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and hygiene support, administering medication, preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and supporting customers with social activities, independent skills, and domestic duties.
You will also be required to keep accurate records and update care plans as needed, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
