About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Casual Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and hygiene support, administering medication, preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and supporting customers with social activities, independent skills, and domestic duties.

You will also be required to keep accurate records and update care plans as needed, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support to customers
