Job Title: Care Assistant/Care Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant/Care Worker to join our team at ProxyCare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support residents with medication management and administration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in the UK.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
