Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Payroll Operations to join our team. As a Head of Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll operation and ensuring that all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the payroll department.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
