About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Therapist to join our team at Leone Centre in London or online. As a Couples Therapist, you will work with individuals and couples to help them navigate complex relationship issues and build stronger connections.



Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our dynamic team to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development of our therapeutic approaches and practices
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities


Requirements

  • Registered membership of UKCP or BACP
  • CORE COUNSELLING/Psychotherapy qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with various clinical presenting issues
  • Ability to envision and navigate the therapeutic process
  • Motivation and commitment to ongoing development and growth
  • Professional indemnity insurance including worldwide cover for online sessions
  • Capacity for high responsiveness to emails and referrals
  • Experience with online scheduling systems is preferred
  • Unwavering dedication to confidentiality and GDPR principles
  • Must be UK based for insurance reasons
