Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients in their homes, providing specialist interventions, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

The successful post holder will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patients in their homes and developing effective treatment plans
  • Providing specialist interventions and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks
  • Working effectively under pressure and managing conflicting priorities
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
