We are seeking a dedicated Paediatrician to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As a Paediatrician specialising in autism assessments for children and adolescents aged 5-18, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive developmental histories to evaluate children undergoing autism assessments.
  • Observing the child/young person during sessions and ensuring questions are asked in an age-appropriate manner.
  • Reviewing ADOS reports, developmental history, and relevant collateral information from home and school in the same session.
  • Formulating a diagnosis, concluding the assessment, and providing feedback to the family in a kind and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) in cases where further information is required.
  • Producing high-quality diagnostic reports within 48 hours post-assessment.
  • Requesting onward referrals as clinically necessary.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
