Mental Health Advocate Assistant

The Mental Health Advocate Assistant will work closely with a dedicated team to provide support to individuals recovering from mental health issues in Derbyshire. This role involves working in various settings, including clients' own homes and community environments.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred support to clients with complex needs. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, prompting, and supporting clients to access local resources and services.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised support plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to regular team meetings.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, and flexible working options.
