What you’ll do
As a Support Worker with Alina Homecare, you will travel around Basingstoke and surrounding areas to provide supportive care to clients, enabling them to reach their goals and live as independently as possible.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending appointments – providing supportive care
- Going to day centres – participating in fun activities
- Social activities – meeting new people
- Day trips out – enjoying leisure activities
- Taking medication – creating routines and collecting prescriptions
- Preparing meals – ensuring a healthy diet is maintained
- Personal Care – maintaining good hygiene and getting ready for the day
- Support with shopping – budgeting, meal prep, and essentials
What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. We will provide you with all the training you need to deliver high-quality support. No prior experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
