**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy Supported Living in Huntingdon. Our service provides care and support for 5 male residents with learning disabilities and autism.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
**What We Offer**
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with a 10% weekend enhancement
- Opportunities for overtime, paid at £2.50 extra per hour
