Care and Support Worker

About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker with Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 40% of your pay, as it is earned.
