We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment at all times, reporting any incidents, near misses, or safety-related defects using our standard procedures.
- Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met on your shift, completing all necessary training, and recording results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Task Execution: You will be responsible for replenishing raw materials, operating hoists and powered pump trucks, and performing other tasks as required.
- Communication: You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: You will be able to work independently and to a high standard, following safe operating procedures and other guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: You will have a high attention to detail and be able to take a disciplined approach to your work to ensure concentration and focus.
