About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Supplier to join our Supply Chain team at TUI Group. As a Material Supplier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient availability of aircraft spares to support our TUI operation and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and register all incoming deliveries, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations.
  • Manage goods receiving, including checking paperwork and parts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform stores activities, including storing and picking aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventories and segregate unserviceable and serviceable parts.
  • Work with deadlines to action pick-slips for the issue and return of spares from a bonded store.
  • Liaise with other departments and attend preload preparation and follow-up meetings to ensure supply chain awareness and action on shortages.
About You
  • Previous experience in a logistics area is required.
  • Stores and shipping experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain and hold an airside driving permit, S1 goods-receiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by air certificate, and Forklift license.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a constructive manner and in a shift rotation system.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
