Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive Psychology lessons to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring that all material is well-structured and easy to understand.
  • Evaluate students' progress through assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Psychology curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Participate in school meetings and events as required, contributing to the overall success of the school.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and performance, using this data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
Requirements
  • A qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of teaching principles and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, showcasing a deep knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Proven experience teaching Psychology at the primary or secondary level, with a track record of success and student achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum, with the ability to adapt to changing educational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
