Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to expand their skills and knowledge in complex care. You will work closely with our service users, building positive relationships and enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily activities and clinical care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support service users with their hobbies and interests, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal care and moving and handling skills.
  • Medication administration experience.
