About You

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified registered nurse with significant experience in occupational health. You should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in your approach to work, and have a strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess employee fitness to work and provide guidance on health and safety matters
  • Promote employee health at work through health education and health promotion programs
  • Support individuals with disabilities in gaining and sustaining employment
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of occupational health information
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management on health and safety matters
