Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients with neurological diseases.
- Protocol Review: Review and assess study protocols for scientific and participant safety matters, identifying potential risks and mitigating factors.
- Study Monitoring: Collaborate with clinical research teams to monitor study participant safety data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Education and Training: Develop and deliver disease-specific and clinical education for internal teams, enhancing their knowledge and skills in neurology.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctorate degree in nursing;
- Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and NMC pin number;
- Significant experience as a clinical nurse practitioner or nurse consultant within neurology;
- Clinical research experience preferred;
- Evidence of autonomous clinical or research work at senior level.
